Vera Wang Georgina Breathable unclassified dresses

Iconic Vera Wang style, described on their site as "strapless modified mermaid gown with fusions of shadow lace and Chantilly lace with multi-tiered tulle skirt and cascading bias horsehair trim." I chose this dress because of its extremely flattering shape, multi-faceted layering that draws the eye to the fine details (very delicate Chantilly lace on the body, layered "striped" tulle skirt, removable horsehair belt). The dress is lined on the interior with Mikado silk, which is very stretchy and made the dress extremely comfortable all night. Back has a zip closure but has silk covered buttons running up most of the back, to give the illusion of a delicate closure. I will include tulle cap sleeves that hook into strapless top to make the look slightly more modest (I wore these during the church ceremony and removed for the reception). Dress includes bustle.
