This dress is an absolute DREAM. It has so many stunning and intricate details. I loved the high neck illusion neckline - it was so comfortable all day. Bonus - the neckline ssentially was built in jewelry! No necklace required! I found great earrings on Etsy that I paired with the dress, it would also look stunning with a pearl stud.
Also - this dress has POCKETS. Yes, you read that correctly - POCKETS. It was fabulous to have lip gloss, my vows, etc. right on me throughout the day. I wasn't relying on other people to be around and responsible for my things.
The beading, keyhole back, and waistline embellishment bring an elegance to the dress without looking gaudy or overdone. The waistline is super flattering and would compliement a number of body types. I wore a backless sticky bra, but you coud easily sew in cups for support or get a low back body shaper to ensure it doesn't show with the keyhole.
The dress is a size 18 on the label. I'm normally a Large Top, 36DD for bra size, and an 8 in pants size. I had plenty of room in my hips and mainly had to size up to fit my chest. There's still room to bring it in or let it out. Give this dress a second day to shine!
