I bought this dream of a dress winter of 2017 for my recent wedding at the end of May this year (2018). It is the version that has nude boning (there are versions with white boning). I bought this dress and had it altered at Warren BarrĂ³n Bridal Boutique in Dallas, TX. Total spent with tax and alterations and dry cleaning preservation was $5347.51.
I am absolutely in love with this dress and it made my whole wedding experience so easy because it is: 1. lightweight, I was able to use the bathroom without help. 2. It laid out beautifully for pictures without forced placement 3. It flowed gorgeously in the wind 4. It was easy/comfortable to sit down, move around (fits any hip size since it is a-line and anything past the waist is non-contructing light airy 100% silk organza layers 5. I went barefoot/ flip flopped without a problem since it was so easy to hold up the skirt
Condition is excellent, I did not find any tears and minor dirt stains on the hem where it touches the ground are being worked on by JScheer&Co in New York. My wedding was only 5 hours in length and we had no dancing so dress was treated very gently.
Please inquire about the status of the cleaning before purchasing! It is currently still in New York for at least 12 weeks as of June 14th.
