The dress is an ivory on ivory alencon lace "Elle" by Monique Lhuillier. It is really light and easy to dance in despite being a dramatic ball gown style dress. It is strapless and has flexible boning that provides comfortable support.
It cost $3740. It was bought from Bridal Galleria in SF. It was worn for around an hour. It was cleaned after the wedding and has been hanging in a garment bag (it will need to be pressed before wearing - care instructions from the store are included).

It is very flattering, fitted through the waist, and flairs at just the right point.
I added a bustle and took in the corset a tiny bit (less than an inch). The seamstress at Bridal Galleria is a real magician. Her work was impeccable (you can see it a bit in the photo of the tag).
Size: 8 (bridal size, more like a 4 or 6 street size)
I'm 5'5 and wore 4" heels. The dress can easily be shortened.
