Monique Lhuillier Marcella Breathable unclassified dresses

Monique Lhuillier Marcella dress from the Fall 2014 collection. Purchased at a sample sale. Never worn or altered with tag still attached. Decided to go with a different dress that suits our venue a bit better, but this dress is gorgeous. It is in sample condition which means it has some stray threads. I don't even know that a seamstress would need to repair it - just a careful hand and some scissors. It also looks like both straps/sleeves had 2 threads that helped with gathering. I didn't even notice the issue when it was on, but both will need repairs. It is a very minor alteration (4 total threads). I've included photos for as much accuracy as possible.
