The dress is brand new, in perfect condition! I impulse-bought it on clearance immediately after I got engaged (but no returns b/c clearance), then found a dress I liked much better for way cheaper. It's beautiful and relatively comfy, and makes any figure look great. I want to note that it may fit a bit small - I typically wear a size 10 or 12 in jeans but I sized up to 14 for this and it fits perfectly.

**Note for measurements: The hip measurement is at least 44.5in but can actually fit larger, as this is an A-line style dress
